Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the event we made a mistake on your order, we will replace it and send it at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my order ship?
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You will receive an email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information. Please note that during the Christmas season, it may take some time for the post office to scan and update the shipping status. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace those items.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Canadian orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees. We cannot be held responsible if your order gets held up in customs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at contact@blissoutgoods.com for return instructions and a return label.
Where is my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item and the processing of your refund. A credit will then be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank to post the refund. My order is a gift, can I add a custom note, or get a box and wrapping paper?
Yes! We can add a note to your order. Additionally, we offer a craft gift box and wrapping paper service for an additional fee. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!
