When will my order ship?

All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You will receive an email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information. Please note that during the Christmas season, it may take some time for the post office to scan and update the shipping status. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace those items.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes! Canadian orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees. We cannot be held responsible if your order gets held up in customs. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at contact@blissoutgoods.com for return instructions and a return label.

Where is my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item and the processing of your refund. A credit will then be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank to post the refund. For more questions, please refer to our Return policy

My order is a gift, can I add a custom note, or get a box and wrapping paper?

Yes! We can add a note to your order. Additionally, we offer a craft gift box and wrapping paper service for an additional fee. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!
