Shipping Policy
The deadline for holiday shipping is December 18th, 2024, for delivery by December 25th, 2024 or December 19th, 2024 with priority mail (in USA).
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for potential delays due to postal service problems that are outside of our control (USPS delays due to weather for example).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
For any issues with the delivery, please contact us at contact@blissoutgoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery*, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cots for the return. Please check our Refund and Return Policy for more information.
*Customized items cannot be returned.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@blissoutgoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

When will my order ship?
All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You will receive an email once your item has shipped, along with tracking information. Please note that during the Christmas season, it may take some time for the post office to scan and update the shipping status. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will replace those items.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! Canadian orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees. We cannot be held responsible if your order gets held up in customs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at contact@blissoutgoods.com for return instructions and a return label.
Where is my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item and the processing of your refund. A credit will then be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank to post the refund. My order is a gift, can I add a custom note, or get a box and wrapping paper?
Yes! We can add a note to your order. Additionally, we offer a craft gift box and wrapping paper service for an additional fee. Please reach out to us if you have any questions!
